Wota Studio is a software application that enables users to configure, manage, and interact with decentralized networks and automation tools.

2. Non-Custodial Nature of the Platform

Wota Studio is non-custodial software.

  • The Platform does not hold, store, or control digital assets.
  • The Platform does not store private keys, seed phrases, or credentials.
  • All transactions are initiated, authorized, and signed by users through their own wallets.

Users remain solely responsible for their assets at all times.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases.
  • Loss of access credentials may result in permanent loss of digital assets.
  • Wota Studio cannot recover assets, reverse transactions, or restore access.

The Platform will never request your private keys.

4. No Financial or Investment Services

Wota Studio:

  • does not provide investment advice,
  • does not offer asset management,
  • does not act as a broker, dealer, custodian, or fiduciary,
  • does not guarantee asset value, performance, or outcomes.

Any use of digital assets is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

  • wallets,
  • blockchains,
  • exchanges,
  • bridges,
  • data providers.

These services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and policies. Wota Studio does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services.

6. Network Operations and Automation

Wota Studio allows users to configure automated actions and workflows.

You acknowledge that:

  • automated actions execute based on user-defined rules,
  • outcomes depend on external conditions and data sources,
  • no system is guaranteed to be error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing configurations before relying on them.

7. Availability and Reliability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Wota Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or availability. Network conditions, software updates, or third-party dependencies may affect functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wota Studio shall not be liable for loss of funds, data, profits, or access.
  • Wota Studio is not responsible for user errors, wallet misuse, or third-party failures.
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those related to digital assets, data use, and network operations.

Wota Studio does not determine the legality of your use in any jurisdiction.
