Agent Outputs

You are responsible for decisions, actions, or publications based on agent outputs.
Rewards, Records, and Behind-the-Scenes Systems

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokenized Agentics and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if no payment was made.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
